Apologies for the long absence of updates.  Three big news items to break the drought.

First we have finally got our T-shirt design finalised and are ready to take orders.  We will be ordering our first batch on Friday 20 May so please get your orders in ASAP.  Cash and size to kempie or Leon at the box or drop kempie a line via kempie@hotmail.com.  Cost is £15 each

Second news item is a farewell drink on Friday May 20 for Big Nick and Jonathan who finish up their studies in Newcastle this month and will be heading back stateside.  Plan is to all hit up a special pre-drink WOD then hit the Toon for some drinks.

Lastly, after two and a half years we are putting our prices up at CFNEE.  All current members will continue to pay their current rate for as long as they remain.  However, any new members joining from the beginning of June will pay the new rate.  Unlimited sessions will go up to £70 per month and 2 a week will rise to £55.
