Class sizes are capped at 10 people to ensure that training standards remain high. You will not be lost at the back of a sea of people, nor will you be able to hide.

To avoid disappointment, please email kempie or Leon to reserve your spot.

For December and January classes will be at an introductory rate of £5 per person, per class. Once we move downstairs into our new space, kitted out with pull-up bars, rings and other CF staples that will go up to £8 when blocks of 10 are purchased.
